Responsibilities
1.Check & confirm the invoices received from concerned Procurement Unit, prepare the transactions, get the needed approvals and coordinate with all concerned parties to guarantee a valid import license before the shipment arrives at the borders.
2.Handle the import license cycle in Directorate of Economy, follow up paying the import license financial fees and coordinate with Telecom & Regulatory Affair Section to obtain all needed approvals from SYTPRA and the lawful authorities.
3.Prepare the needed letters.
4. Ensure receiving the legalized documents when the shipments arrive to the Syrian borders’ ports.
5.Coordinate with Finance Department for financing shipment via central bank and issuing the chequeen & consular fee to be delivered to customs administration.
6.Complete shipments clearing at the borders and follow up the transactions with all concerned parties.
7.Ensure that all the purchased materials delivered to the warehouse on time to avoid extra demurrage charges.
8.Prepare the table of the demurrage fees and get the needed approval.
9.Prepare status report of all shipments and send it to all concerned parties on weekly and monthly basis.
10.Follow up the transactions related to vehicles at the free zone / borders’ points
11.Prepare the shipment files and send them to Finance Department.

- Education: Diploma is required.
