Responsibilities
- Preparing the scientific material and evoking the examples and submitting them to the organization office
- Preparing the attendance schedule of the trainees and facilitators of the training
- Preparing the presentation for the workshop, presenting it to the Infrastructure Officer and discussing it
- Providing the organization's office in Aleppo with the results through written reports
- Building and maintaining good relationships with Stakeholders and other parties on the training
- Follow up on the progress of training implementation based on the implementation time plan.
- Inform the line manager in Medair of all-important matters or possible modifications in the training design and obtain approvals of the required modifications in writing.
- Taking training photos as part of the process of documenting the work completed and sending them by e-mail to Medair's office in Aleppo upon request

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in civil or mechanical engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in the training field (WASH projects- water stations-water network pipeline, ….)
- Ability to use the applications of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook.....etc) and AutoCAD
- Excellent written and spoken Arabic, Good written and spoken English
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good team player
- At least 3 years of experience in the training field (WASH projects- water stations-water network pipeline, ….)

Specific Vacancy Requirements
The successful applicant will lead to a position in the talent pool. The applicant in the talent pool will be contacted for short-term Contracts based on the required capacity for project activities.
