Responsibilities
Activities’ preparation and follow-up:
-Preparing materials, logistic arrangements, stationery, refreshments (when applicable), and other items as needed for the implementation of the activities in the field, included, but not limited to, training of teachers, non formal education programs, vocational trainings, awareness campaigns, etc.;
-Monitor day-to-day activities, ensuring timely and quality implementation in line with GVC and donor’s standards, and ensure proper coordination with the local authorities and stakeholders, representing GVC in a professional and proper manner;
-Monitor the punctual implementation in line with the work-plan set by the project managers and report any delay or cause for concern.
Monitoring and reporting:
-Support the needs assessments and data entry as needed;
-Monitor activities as needed following the standards set by the MEAL and Program teams;
-Support the implementation of the complaint and feedback mechanism in the field activities;
-Submit weekly/monthly inputs to the Coordinator for the proper preparation of reports as requested;
Other:
-Perform other relevant duties as needed.

Requirements:
-Ability to communicate clearly among a diverse environment with people from different social backgrounds;
-Ability to work under pressure;
-Problem solving and time management skills;
-Self-awareness, empathy and social skills;
-Knowledge of the education system and local context.
Desirable:
-Previous experience in similar position in INGOs;
-Previous experience in education or protection fields;
-Good level of spoken English will be considered an asset
