Responsibilities
1. Apply operating system installation, updates, patches, and configuration changes.
2. Implement and administer network services and clustered environments.
3. Participate preparing systems related material requests and Bill of Quantity 'BoQ'
4. Apply inspection of systems hardware received in warehouse.
5. Study, evaluate systems proposed by providers in aspects of operating system.
6. Monitor performance and troubleshoot alerts using monitoring tools.
7. Develop and perform administration test plans and new systems POC (Proof of Concept).
8. Conduct scheduled system upgrades according to the adopted procedure.
9. Administer and maintain system user accounts and privileges (Create / Modify and delete accounts on the network, internet access permissions and external email) across various systems depending on the business needs of each user.
10. Ensure the consistency and integrity of file systems.
11. Apply security standards and ensure it is up to date.
12. Provide second level support to users as per Help desk escalation procedures.
13. Assure that virus definitions and email security solutions are updated on all systems on a daily basis, and response immediately to outbreak alarms.
14. Perform daily system monitoring, verify the integrity and availability of server resources, systems and key processes.
15. Review system and application logs when needed, and verify completion of scheduled system jobs.
16. Participate in design new/existing systems topology.
17. Maintain technical documentation for all systems, operations and plans.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor Degree in Telecom/IT/Electronic Engineering.
