Responsibilities
1.Inspect the quality and quantity of materials received as per the relevant purchase orders or the request to return materials to warehouse in coordination with concerned entities.
2.Receive marketing and commodities materials from suppliers and report its status to Marketing & Commodities Warehouse HOS.
3.Store marketing and commodities materials in the specified spaces in the warehouse.
4.Handle the requests of material withdrawals received from departments and update the materials status on the relevant system.
5.Supervise the loading and unloading of materials and the shipping vehicles movement in the warehouse facility.
6.Monitor the stock level of marketing and commodities materials and report its status to Marketing & Commodities Warehouse HOS.
7.Apply stock take of the marketing & Commodities materials and provide Marketing & Commodities Warehouse HOS with the related reports.
8.Report any damaged materials to the Marketing & Commodities Warehouse HOS immediately.
9.Coordinate with Marketing & Commodities Helper to insure correct pickup, delivery, and transfer Marketing & Commodities warehouse inventory, and surplus items.

Qualifications
Bachelor Degree is required preferably in Business Administration
