Responsibilities
- Provide support in the recruitment and hiring cycle and induction process of new hires, including induction plans, and probation period evaluation.
- Follows up on the updated job description according to HR standards.
- Responsible for tasks related to personnel, Contracts, overseeing staff attendance and absence, and social insurance registration.
- Responsible for all medical insurance matters, ensuring a smooth-running process including following up on employees' cases, processing billings and reimbursements, following up with employees on pending issues, provide feedback.
- Assist in the training and performance management system, ensuring that performance evaluation is carried out in a timely manner and followed up.
- Analyze employment-related data and prepare required reports.

Qualifications
Education:
- degree in the related fields of Human Resources, Management, Economics, Law, and Psychology.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 to 3 years' experience in the HR function, especially in recruitment staff, training, and performance management.


Specific Vacancy Requirements
- Knowledge of employment laws.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel,
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
- Capability to develop concepts.
- Strong multitasking skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills
