Responsibilities
Providing administrative and logistical support to the Finance Department including but not limited to:
• Assist in filling and reviewing the archive.
• Contribute to build soft copy of our archive, especially for recently finished projects.
• Delivering correspondences letters to the bank.
• Maintain electronic archive of all payment documents

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Previous experience in administrative or clerical tasks, such as filing, data entry, or document handling, preferable in finance department.
• Good level of English (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel,
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to wok under pressure
• Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

Desirable:
• Currently studying or recently graduated specifically in Finance, Business Administration.
• Previous experience in Finance sector
• Experience in file management systems.

Interventions implemented under Oxfam's WASH Programme include: Provision of Acute Emergency Life-Saving WASH Services, Rehabilitation of Water Systems, Hygiene Promotion and Water Conservation, Capacity Building and Training, and Improved Emergency WASH Coordination. To date, Oxfam has been worked in 10 governorates, seeking out to over 2.5 million beneficiaries.
