● Develop and own the visual direction for brands and campaigns
● Supervise and guide designers, providing feedback and approvals
● Work closely with Account Directors and Content Teams to align creative with strategy
● Translate brand strategies into unique visual identities and campaigns
● Ensure consistency across all platforms (social, print, digital)
● Participate in client meetings and presentations when needed

Qualifications
● 5+ years of experience in branding, creative direction, or visual communication
● Fluent in Arabic and English
● Strong portfolio showing branding, digital, social, and print campaigns
● Remote based (must have strong online communication skills)
● Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to different industries
