Responsibilities
• Lead the preparation of technical proposals for tenders and RFPs.
• Review and analyse tender documents and technical specifications in detail.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to collect all required technical data.
• Ensure accurate, high quality, and compliant technical submissions within deadlines.
• Develop and maintain standard templates and technical submission processes.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the technical proposal process.
• Participate in client technical clarification meetings as needed.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's technical tendering systems and workflows.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical).
• Minimum of 2 year of experience in technical tendering, design, or technical submissions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
• Proficiency in Primavera software.
• Good understanding of tender procedures and technical documentation requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Minimum of 2 year of experience in technical tendering, design, or technical submissions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
