Responsibilities
1. Prepare Risk Management Annual Plan for scope activities and visits.
2. Analyze SWOT Analysis and Audits Findings from risk point of view and send it to Risk Management Specialist to conduct/ start Risk Assessment activities.
3. Review Risk Assessment and resulted Risk Profile and report to Risk Management & Information Security HOU.
4. Review and ensure Risk Register updates.
5. Plan and prepare Syriatel premises visits as Annual Plan, and Review Syriatel premises visits checklists and reports and report to Risk Management & Information Security HOU.
6. Participate with concerned parties in Quarterly Provisioning through Risk Factor Percentages per area and report to Risk Management & Information Security HOU.
7. Update Governance Statement annually based on Risk Register and upon Investor Relations Section’s request and report to Risk Management & Information Security HOU.
8. Conduct awareness sessions related to Risk Management activities for whom may be concerned and upon request.
9. Prepare reports to Syriatel Management (CEO and concerned department’s Director) as Risk Management Procedure.
10. Interview candidates and provide recommendations to direct line of Authority.
11. Monitor and ensure efficient and appropriate use of resources (financial, human, physical, IT ….etc.) to achieve planned goals and support smart spending strategy.
12. Prepare Section’s yearly budget as per the Company's Goals and Corporate Objectives.
13. Cascade Unit Objectives into Section and Individual Objectives and ensure proper alignment.
14. Prepare, measure and maintain accurate Section & Individual KPIs on regular basis.
15. Coach, develop and motivate team members to reach optimum performance and successfully contribute in achieving Corporate, Department, and Unit Objectives.
16. Develop & maintain Syriatel Quality Management System effectively & efficiently.
17. Conduct Staff Meeting with team members in all regions on quarterly basis to reinforce Corporate Culture and Values and discuss team related issues and concerns.

Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer / IT/ Telecom Engineering/ Business Administration or equivalent is required.
2. Experience: 5 years of Risk Management experience is required.
3. Professional Certification: N/A.
