Responsibilities
- He/She assists with regular updates of price lists and the local supplier database.
- He/She supports the maintenance and upkeep of all assets and properties to good working order and an appropriate standard.
- He/She monitors and updates vehicle records, including log sheets, fuel consumption, and tracking.
- He/She provides support in the preparation, collection, and systematic filing of logistical documentation.
- He/She assists in organizing logistics for meetings, workshops, and travel arrangements for staff.
- He/She liaises with suppliers and service providers.
- He/She helps manage office supplies inventory and distribute materials as needed.
- He/She supports the logistics team in day-to-day activities and any urgent logistical needs.
- He/She follows up on requests and coordinates with relevant staff to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
- He/She works closely with program teams, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure logistical needs are met.
- He/She supports in preparing logistics reports and updates for management and donors.
- He/She coordinates with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
- He/She maintains thorough and up-to-date logistics records and documentation.
- He/She ensures all logistics activities comply with donor, INGO, and local regulations.

Qualifications
- Institutional or University Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics.
- At least 1 year of experience with INGO or UN agencies.
- English: Fluent (spoken/written) mandatory
- Proficient user of MS Office (including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), Advanced in Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, together with the capacity to remain calm under pressure and not lose sight of strategic priorities
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize own and others' work.
- High level of transparency and honesty, organizational skills, and a high sense of responsibility.

Specific Vacancy Requirements
- HEKS/EPER Syria mission will prioritize applications received before September 11th.
- HEKS/EPER reserves the right to select a candidate before the deadline.
- This position requires field work across multiple locations, including Hamah City, Central, and Coastal Area.
