Responsibilities
Job Summary:
Provide Case Management services in line with key principles, including the best interests of confidentiality and do no harm.
Main Tasks:
- Identify the persons of concern requiring protection and PSS services.
- Provide case management for GBV survivors, child protection, and MH cases after detecting cases following the established international minimum standers.
- Provide case management services for persons of concern requiring psychosocial/ psychological support.
- Conduct a comprehensive assessment for the referred or identified clients, including safety assessment and priority needs.
- Provide Basic emotional support and PFA for clients and their family members when needed.
- Provide appropriate PSS support for individual and group interventions at the level of Focused non- specialized according to the MHPSS pyramid of intervention (G- IPT, PM+).
- Conduct referrals internally and externally to specific services based on the client's needs specified in the jointly developed' action plan.
- Follow up the implementation of the action plan, including referrals to other services till closure.
- Evaluate the outcomes of the action plan and amend it accordingly.
- Document client information through accurate filling and ensure confidential and safe storage per IMC's policies and reporting structures.
- Prepare and submit reports on time and as per IMC reporting mechanisms; submit and update all data reports to the case manager supervisor and the team leader.
- Ensure close coordination with the MHPSS/CP/GBV managers to make sure that the maps of the service are up to date in the area of operations to ensure efficient referrals
- Ensure close coordination with the clinic's outreach team and medical team members to ensure the two ways referrals.
- Arrange and prepare for technical meetings and case conference sessions.
- Any other related assignments

Qualifications
- University degree (BA or Masters)/ in psychology or equivalent degree Social Work.
- Disarble: Additional qualifications/master’s degree in counselling, psychotherapy, brief psychological interventions or other MHPSS-related qualification
- Volunteering or employment experince in MHPSS, Health or Protection service provision or administration
- Previous experience in MHPSS service provision, group work and /or community-based activities
- Previous NGO experience
- Minimum 2 or 3 years in the field of social work.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills.
- Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to work with teams, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure high quality work.
- Emotional maturity and agility in working in a fast-paced environment.
- Competency in English language
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Computer literacy with demonstrated experience in utilization of databases and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English and Arabic languages
