Responsibilities
1. Project Implementation & Coordination
• Support the Project Manager in planning, implementation, and monitoring of livelihoods activities in line with donor requirements and organizational standards.
• Develop detailed activity plans and ensure Livelihoods Officers implement them effectively.
• Consolidate inputs from field teams for weekly/monthly planning and progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with accountability, safeguarding, gender equality, and protection mainstreaming principles.
• Escalate key challenges, risks, and field-level issues to the Project Manager with practical recommendations.
2. Technical Supervision & Quality Assurance
• Provide day-to-day guidance and supervision to the field team to ensure consistency in project delivery.
• Preparation of BoQs, workplans, and monitoring before submission to the Project Manager.
• Ensure quality standards and technical guidelines are followed during Community-Led Initiatives and CFW projects.
• Monitor the effectiveness of business development and skills training, coaching sessions, and microgrant disbursement processes.
• Conduct regular joint field visits to assess progress, quality, and beneficiary satisfaction.
3. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
• Oversee the collection, verification, and consolidation of field-level data, attendance sheets, beneficiary lists, PDMs, and feedback forms.
• Compile and analyze field reports from project Offficer and submit consolidated reports to the Project Manager.
• Document success stories, lessons learned, and preparing case studies for donor reporting and communication purposes.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping, archiving, and documentation across all livelihood’s components.
4. Stakeholder Engagement & Representation
• Support the Project Manager in liaising with local authorities, community committees, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Represent FCA in coordination meetings when delegated by the Project Manager.
• Promote inclusive participation of women, youth, and vulnerable groups in all project activities.

Qualifications
Experience and technical competencies: (include years of experience)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in livelihoods programming within humanitarian or development organizations.
• Strong technical understanding of Cash-for-Work, business development, microgrants, skills development, and community-led approaches.
• Proven experience in supervising teams and ensuring accountability to beneficiaries.
• Strong data management, reporting, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with donor compliance, humanitarian standards, and safeguarding principles.
Education: (include certificates, licenses etc.)
• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Development Studies, or related field.
• Additional training in livelihoods, project management, or humanitarian response is an asset.
Languages: (indicate fluency level)
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is essential.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in livelihoods programming within humanitarian or development organizations.
