Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily insertion of data in appropriate
databases, in order to record all programme related information
for analysis
- Ensures proper archiving and record keeping of data as per
INTERSOS standards
- Provides all relevant data and information, generated from -
INTERSOS databases to the MEAL Manager when required for
internal and external purposes, to enhance evidence-based
decision making
- Participate in compilation, cleaning and consolidation of
INTERSOS databases
- Make regular back-ups of all data processed and fill documents
according to INTERSOS standards
- Monitors the distribution of kits and assists INTERSOS team to
improve efficiency of implementation
- Report any issue concerning data management to MEAL Manager
- Elaborate statistical reports when required by the MEAL Manager
- Ensure, promote and maintain confidentiality regarding all
information registered
- Performs any other task assigned by the MEAL Manager to support
and improve the implementation programme and the overall
Mission's performance.
- Assist in the compilation and preparation of regular reports

level
- Support MEAL manager in ensuring INTERSOS safeguarding and
accountability are respected and in place while performing any
data management

Secondary education essential
Professional experience
- Minimum 6 months experience in data-Management in humanitarian
contexts with NGOs
Professional requirements
- Excellent computer literacy (word, excel and internet)
- Able to learn and use software used for recording
- KoBo is a plus
