Responsibilities
1.Participate in setting the initial hiring plan and resourcing plan.
2.Monitor the process of browsing and screening for qualified job candidates to close available vacancies.
3.Ensure the proper and accurate creation of candidates’ profiles on the related system and maintaining complete records.
4.Monitor and advice the process of interview stages preparation and assessment for internal and external applicants, technical interview check, accurate provided offer, till closing the vacancy on timely manner and with the right fit.
5.Ensure that all accepted applicants’ profiles are aligned with job descriptions and company's needs.
6.Participate in workshops, job fairs and career day’s events to find the best fits for Syriatel.
7.Ensure all applicants/ candidates are advised to make clear career decisions based on their skills, interests and career options.
8.Monitor the timely implementation of resourcing media plan through job posting on internal & external sites, social media channels and other channels.
9.Monitor and develop the hiring cycle process and the closing vs hiring plan, and recommend enhancements based on root causes analysis.
10.Review and advice trend analysis reports related to interviews details.
11.Interview candidates and provide recommendations to direct line of Authority.
12.Monitor and ensure efficient and appropriate use of resources (financial, human, physical, IT ….etc.) to achieve planned goals and support smart spending strategy.
13.Prepare Section’s yearly budget as per the Company's Goals and Corporate Objectives.
14.Cascade Unit Objectives into Section and Individual Objectives and ensure proper alignment.
15.Prepare, measure and maintain accurate Section & Individual KPIs on regular basis.
16.Coach, develop and motivate team members to reach optimum performance and successfully contribute in achieving Corporate, Department, and Unit Objectives.
17.Develop & maintain Syriatel Quality Management and Job-related Systems effectively & efficiently.
18.Conduct Staff Meeting with team members on quarterly basis per region, and discuss team related issues and concerns.
19.Reinforce Corporate Culture and values by living them, communicating them to the team, and ensuring full adherence.

Qualifications
1.Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR/ Business Administration is required
2.Experience: 5 years of HR experience are required, preferably in Telecom
3.Professional Certification: NA
