Responsibilities
- Management and maintenance of the online learning system, ensuring smooth performance, regular updates, and user support.
- upload, organize, and manage educational content, ensuring alignment with established standards and audience needs.
- coordinate with lecturers to upload and review content as needed.
- troubleshoot technical issues.
- Prepare posts about medical education activities for social media.
- Produce media coverage of medical education activities, including photos, videos, and interviews, and edit them for publication on social media and the medical education platform.
- Organize and upload educational materials to the medical education platform and prepare the necessary tools to optimize the platform.
- coordinate with medical education staff in the department to work on advertising needs and designs related to educational lectures, trainings, and workshops.
- Create and manage promotional materials for educational initiatives, including newsletters, social media posts, and email campaigns.
- Ensure that all employees adhere to the SAMS logo and effectively communicate the SAMS mission.
- Work on developing a media plan for all medical education requirements.

Qualifications
- A university degree (or equivalent experience) in fields related to advertising design, e-learning platform management, or social media is preferred.

Languages:
- Fluent in written and spoken Arabic (mother tongue)

Salary and Benefits
The salary will be defined according to the SAMS Syria Office salary scale .
