Responsibilities
• Prepare and compile narrative and statistical project reports accurately and professionally in accordance with required timelines.
• Ensure that all reports comply with donor templates, requirements, and standards in terms of format, content, and language.
• Coordinate with field teams and technical departments to collect project-related information, data, and success stories.
• Contribute to the preparation of situation reports, periodic updates, and bulletins as needed.
• Prepare official correspondence related to the department/project.
• Review data received from the field to verify its accuracy and completeness before including it in official reports.
• Maintain an updated database containing project indicators, results, and achievements.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and the technical and finance departments to gather the information required for report preparation.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of reporting systems, tools, and templates.
• Assist in ensuring that monitoring, evaluation, and reporting activities comply with the organization’s quality standards.
• Follow up on assigned tasks for project staff and volunteers, providing the manager with daily feedback on progress and workflow.
• Handle all communications necessary to follow up on project requirements with other administrative and technical departments within the EPDC .
• Carry out any other work-related tasks as requested by the management.

Qualifications
• A university degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, English Literature, or Translation.
• At least one year of experience in report writing, content development, or monitoring and evaluation (M&E) in both Arabic and English within humanitarian or non-governmental organizations.
• At least one year of proven experience in archiving and documentation.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Strong computer skills, with very good proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)specially with data analysis or visualization tools is an asset.
• Ensure full compliance with the organization’s policies and procedures, and guarantee adherence to the Protection from Sexual Harassment, Exploitation, and Abuse (PSHEA) policy and the Code of Conduct.

Specific Vacancy Requirements
• Preference will be given to those who have work experience on similar programs (Wash and livelihood) sector in the humanitarian and non-governmental organizations sector.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing needs in the work environment.
• Skill in managing and organizing time.
• High effective communication skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and numerical information, understand indicators, analyze them, and interpret the results.
