1. Strategic Leadership & Direction
Responsibilities
• Define and lead the overall automotive sales strategy aligned with company and
OEM objectives.
• Translate company business goals into executable sales plans.
• Ensure alignment across retail, fleet, and corporate sales channels.
2. Sales Volume & Revenue Performance
Responsibilities
• Achieve new vehicle, fleet sales targets.
• Balance volume growth with gross profit optimization.
• Control discounting and pricing discipline.
3. Market Share Growth
Responsibilities
• Strengthen brand presence and competitive position.
• Analyze competitor pricing, promotions, and product offerings.
• Execute targeted conquest strategies.
4. Lead Management & Conversion Performance
Responsibilities
• Oversee lead generation, qualification, and follow-up processes.
• Ensure high-quality response standards across all channels walk-in, Facebook –
Instagram, all others, calls.
• Improve customer journey efficiency.
5. Team Leadership, Coaching & Capability Building
Responsibilities
• Lead sales teams.
• Set individual KPIs and conduct performance reviews monthly.
• Identify skill gaps and implement training programs.
6. Customer Experience & Satisfaction Management
Responsibilities
• Ensure superior customer experience across the sales journey.
• Monitor complaints, escalations, and feedback.
• Create and drive customer loyalty and referrals.
7. CRM, Reporting & Forecast Accuracy
Responsibilities
• Enforce CRM discipline and data accuracy.
• Deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
• Use data analytics for decision-making.
8. Marketing & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Responsibilities
• Create and coordinate closely with Marketing on campaigns and promotions.
• Support product launches and events.
9. Fleet, Corporate & B2B Sales Development
Responsibilities
• Cerate and develop and grow fleet and corporate sales portfolio for Ministries, Big
Companies, Banks and others .
• Negotiate profitable contracts and long-term agreements.
• Build strong relationships with key accounts.
10. Inventory, Cost Control & Operational Efficiency
Responsibilities
• Manage stock levels and aging vehicles.
• Control sales expenses and promotional budgets.
• Improve operational efficiency
11. Compliance, Governance & OEM Standards
Responsibilities
• Protect brand image and reputation.


Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
5–10 years of experience in automotive sales or a related industry
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and closing abilities

Confident, results-driven, and customer-oriented personality

Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to work under pressure
Languages

Arabic – Native or fluent

English – Very good to fluent
