Responsibilities
• Support beneficiary registration and verification visits related to grant opportunities.
• Conduct household visits with the Project Officer to collect data, verify conditions, and register beneficiaries’ lists.
• Support in conducting market assessment in the target location.
• Assist trainers during business training Management sessions by supervising attendance and logistics.
• Supervise TVET sessions though out field visit, and collect data and photos from the site.
• Assist the project officers by taking MoM during formatting and establishing the community committee.
• Support field follow-up / PDMs for ERL activities (grants, TVET, so on), ensuring documentation and feedback are properly collected.
• Participate in Cash for Work activities by monitoring and overseeing in the field.
• Participate in awareness sessions and campaigns that promote livelihoods and protection.
• Participate in the procurement phase for grants, collect invoices, and Good receive notes.
• Collect field data, attendance sheets, and feedback from beneficiaries.
• Submit a daily report covering the achievements, challenges, and suggestions.
• Implement any other duties required by the Officer.

Qualifications
Experience and Technical Competencies
• At least one year of Service Provider, volunteer or community engagement experience in community outreach, business support, cash or livelihoods programming.
• Understanding of small business operations and basic financial literacy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in working with vulnerable populations and community groups.

• Diploma or university degree in Business, Economics, or related field preferred; technical institute graduates also considered.

• Arabic: Fluent (written and spoken).
• English: Good reading and writing preferred.

Salary and Benefits
As per FCA salary scale
Contract will be Service contract for 2 months renewable according to the budget availability and performance.
