Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1.Design, develop, and produce all marketing and promotional materials for the hotel and its outlets, including brochures, flyers, comment cards, QR codes, elevator posters, and other printed and digital collateral.
2.Create and maintain visual presentations, templates, and marketing assets for internal and external use, ensuring full alignment with brand identity and guidelines.
3.Coordinate with external marketing agencies to manage the hotel’s social media presence, including content calendars, posting schedules, campaign execution, and photo/video production.
4.Prepare and analyze monthly marketing reports, social media performance summaries, promotional calendars, and campaign evaluations.
5.Collaborate closely with Food & Beverage, Sales, and other departments to promote outlets, special offers, and events across various marketing channels.
6.Manage, organize, and archive marketing assets such as photographs, videos, graphics, and design materials.
7.Review and approve all printed and digital marketing materials to ensure compliance with Four Seasons branding, quality, and visual standards prior to release.
8.Support hotel-wide communication campaigns, internal marketing requests, and media coordination initiatives.
9.Coordinate printing production schedules and liaise with the Purchasing Department regarding marketing-related orders and procurement.
10.Monitor competitors’ marketing and communication activities and prepare regular benchmarking and analysis reports.
11.Coordinate with photographers and videographers during scheduled shoots, ensuring content selection meets brand and quality standards.
12.Adhere to Four Seasons Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as outlined in EmPact.
13.Show professionalism, teamwork, and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative environment.
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1.Support Sales, Marketing, and Food & Beverage teams during events, activations, photoshoots, and large-scale promotional initiatives.
2.Assist with public relations activities, media coordination, and press-related initiatives when required.
3.Contribute creative ideas and visual direction for social media content, digital newsletters, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials.
4.Assist in onboarding, training, and mentoring new team members as needed.

Qualifications
Education
•College education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
•Previous experience in hotel marketing or hospitality-related roles is preferred.
Skills & Abilities
1.Excellent written, verbal, and reading proficiency in the English language.
2.Strong communication, coordination, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
3.High level of creativity with a strong visual and brand-oriented mindset.
4.Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand and quality standards.
5.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
6.Flexibility to work extended or irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs.
7.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email and internet platforms; experience with hotel-related systems and marketing platforms is an advantage.
