Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Immunization Technical Officer (Immunization), the Facilitator will:

- Support the collection, verification, and consolidation of immunization data from multiple sources, including monthly reports, supervisory visits, and campaign data.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness, and integrate datasets (e.g., vaccination coverage, surveillance, and outbreak information) for comprehensive analysis.
- Conduct regular data analysis to monitor vaccination coverage, identify high-risk or underperforming areas, and highlight data quality issues.
- Develop and maintain a user-friendly immunization dashboard to visualize progress and support decision-making.
- Produce thematic maps illustrating vaccination coverage, disease incidence, and health facility locations to inform planning and microplanning.
- Provide data-driven inputs for developing and updating microplans for routine and supplementary immunization activities.
- Respond promptly to data and information requests from the MoH, ORGANIZATION, and partners, ensuring consistent and reliable data sharing.
- Conduct routine data cleaning and quality checks on datasets uploaded to supported information systems.
- Contribute to mapping training profiles of health workers and maintaining training records to guide targeted capacity development within the MoH immunization unit.
- Provide technical support for the implementation and use of the DHIS2 tracker system and related dashboards.
- Submit technical progress reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, summarizing activities, key findings, and challenges.

1. Deliverances & Timelines

- Monthly Report: A comprehensive report summarizing activities conducted, data analyses, and priorities set by the EPI Manager and Technical Officer, to be submitted by the 5th of each month.
- Monthly Work Plan: A detailed plan of activities for the upcoming month, to be submitted by the 25th of the current month.


Qualifications
Education:

Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Information or Data Management, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or Public Health.

Desirable: Postgraduate training in database management, or relevant certification in information systems or data analysis.

Experience:

Essential: Minimum of one year of relevant experience in data and/or information management, preferably within immunization or disease surveillance programmes, in emergency or humanitarian settings.

Desirable: Experience working with ORGANIZATION, other UN agencies, or national/international NGOs.


Specific Vacancy Requirements
Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) such as ArcGIS or QGIS.
- Experience with DHIS2 administration and customization.
- Ability to develop and manage dashboards using business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
