Responsibilities
- Design & Concept Development:
Plan, draw, and develop 2D and 3D design concepts for ongoing interior and decoration projects for all MDM brands.
Create and present innovative design solutions that align with MDM’s brand identity and strategic goals.
Prepare and present mood boards, finish selections, furnishings, and fixture designs for internal approval.
- Project Documentation & Coordination:
Prepare detailed construction drawings, floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings for internal use and contractor reference.
Draft building plans and ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and industry codes.
Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution and timely project completion.
- Budgeting & Resource Management:
Develop and manage project budgets for all interior design activities, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
Source and procure materials, furniture, lighting, and decorative items, maintaining documentation for procurement and cost control.
- Internal Communication & Presentation:
Present design concepts, material samples, and progress updates to MDM management and relevant internal teams.
Incorporate feedback from MDM stakeholders and make necessary adjustments to design plans.
Ensure all designs reflect MDM’s brand values, culture, and operational requirements.

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience:
