Responsibilities
Contract Management & Reporting
-Support the management of key aspects of donor contracts, including contract reporting, contractual compliance, and monitoring against agreed outputs and indicators.
-Assist with the preparation, review, and consolidation of narrative reports, workplans, and contractual deliverables, in close coordination with the Project Manager and PDM department.
Track reporting deadlines and contractual commitments, ensuring timely follow-up with relevant internal teams.
Programme Financial Coordination
-Review and draft budget narratives in close coordination with the Finance team and PDM, ensuring consistency between narrative and financial reporting.
-Track progress against contracted outputs and targets and flag risks or required adjustments to the Project Manager, Programme Manager, and International Finance Manager.
-Support internal coordination between programme, finance, and PDM teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Monitoring, Compliance & Learning
-Support monitoring of project implementation to ensure alignment with contractual and donor requirements.
-Assist with compiling documentation for audits, donor reviews, and monitoring visits, in coordination with relevant teams.
-Contribute to internal tracking tools and compliance systems related to project performance.
Communications, Visibility & External Engagement
-Support donor communications and visibility activities, in coordination with PDM and programme teams.
-Assist with preparation for donor and contracting body visits, including briefing notes and coordination.
-Support the Project Manager with hosting external visitors.

Qualifications

-Proven fluent English (written and spoken)
-Batchelor’s level qualification
-Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Strong communications, inter-personal and collaboration skills
-Proven attention to detail, research and report writing skills.
-Professional, reliable, ability to work independently with limited supervision, and excellent integrity.
