Responsibilities
1.Conduct thorough initial screenings and assessments of the beneficiaries to ensure they meet the established criteria for programs and roles.
2.Conduct accurate and timely screening measures for malnutrition, and provide guidance and support to individuals undergoing screening.
3.Manage the referral process to health centers and ensure all referral processes comply with MoH policies and relevant legal regulations.
4.Follow up on referral outcomes to ensure beneficiaries' needs are met and issues are resolved.
5.Document collected data in a clear and organized manner.
6.Coordinating with nutritional surveillance clinics in the regions to provide team services to their visitors.
7.Implementing social and behavior change communication to identify priority behaviors that need to be changed for mothers, children, and their respective households.

Qualifications
Education:
•Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition graduate or Nursing.
Experience:
1.Minimum 2 year of relevant nutrition secreting process experience in a humanitarian organization,
2.Good in written and spoken English
3.Experience with different communities and cultures.
4.Participate in data collection studies and research.
5.Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
6.Good computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Formal email correspondence).
Another requirement:
1.Not a government employee.
2.The ability to travel within Ref-Damascus and its countryside, as well as the rest of the provinces
3.The ability to commit to working with AKHS-S during official working hours.
