Responsibilities
Provide direct technical supervision to Case Managers, ensuring the quality of case management services and compliance with protocols and standards, supervising a maximum of 5–7 Case Managers.
Work Locations: Azaz – Safira – Manbij – Aleppo
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly individual supervision sessions with each Case Manager, providing technical and psychosocial support.
- Review complex cases and provide guidance as required.
- Organize regular team meetings to discuss challenges and work plans.
- Monitor care plan implementation, service quality, and file auditing.
- Monitor staff well-being and prevent burnout and secondary trauma.
- Provide support in emergency situations and decision-making for complex cases.
- Contribute to capacity building for Case Managers and ensure adequate training.
- Monitor beneficiary feedback surveys and ensure adherence to program guidelines.

- Advanced experience in case management within MHPSS programs.
- In-depth knowledge of international case management guidelines (2017).
- Strong supervisory skills and ability to provide professional psychosocial support.
- Analytical skills for reviewing case files and making informed decisions.
