Responsibilities
General Role:
Lead and coordinate MHPSS programs at the organizational level, ensuring compliance with standards and effective management of the team.
Work Locations: Azaz – Safira – Manbij – Aleppo
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Ensure all staff are familiar with program documents and guidance tools.
- Lead the dissemination of MHPSS principles across sectors.
- Provide opportunities for staff to discuss their work and receive constructive feedback.
- Identify training needs and implement capacity-building plans for staff.
- Coordinate with UNHCR and partners to ensure program quality.
- Collect, analyze, and share case data with relevant sub-offices.
- Supervise Technical Supervisors and Case Managers to ensure high-quality care delivery.
- Represent the organization in relevant coordination meetings.
- Perform any other related tasks as needed.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in mental health or psychological counseling, preferably with a Master’s degree.
- At least 3 years of practical experience managing MHPSS programs.
- Strong supervisory and organizational skills with the ability to build effective teams.
- Ability to assess training needs and transfer knowledge practically to staff.
