Responsibilities
Role Purpose:
Own the commercial relaunch and profitable growth of Nahas for Trade Machinery machinery section in Syria by establishing market truth, defining the go-to-market strategy, securing strong principals, and building a disciplined, sustainable sales engine.
This role exists to build the business, not to maintain it.

Business Sectors in Scope:
-Diesel Generators & Power Solutions
-Central Air Conditioning / HVAC
-Earthmoving Equipment
-Cranes - Lifting Equipment

What Youll Do:
-Establish a fact-based market and visibility view (demand, competitors, pricing, customers, decision-makers).
-Translate insights into a clear 12–24 month relaunch and go-to-market plan.
-Define sector priorities, routes to market, and pricing/margin logic.
-Secure and grow principal and brand partnerships through structured commercial negotiations.
-Own key accounts, complex deals, projects, and tenders end-to-end
-Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline, forecasting rhythm, and CRM discipline.
-Protect cash and customer trust through collections discipline and after-sales coordination.

What This Role Is Not:
-Not a pure order-taking sales role.
-Not dependent on constant direction or approvals.
-Not focused on short-term volume at the expense o margin, quality, or trust.

Preferred Requirements:
-B2B sales experience in industrial, electromechanical, or heavy equipment sectors.
-Direct experience in at least two relevant sectors (generators, HVAC, earthmoving, cranes).
-Experience in market development, relaunch, or project/tender sales.
-Engineering background preferred (Business acceptable with strong technical exposure).
-Fluent Arabic and professional English.
