Responsibilities
1-Participating in building the annual staffing plan and amend it when necessary.
2-Preparing a job analysis of existing job descriptions according to the EPDC'S internal structure.
3- Preparing announcement for the required job vacancies and following up on publishing them according to the recruitment plan in coordination with the relevant departments, and proposing any ideas to develop the process of attracting competencies.
4- Receiving, documenting, archiving and evaluating all the CVs received through the employment channels of EPDC.
5 -Ensure the implementation of the employment procedure and ensure the preparation and documentation of the preliminary and final results table and the results of technical tests and discussed with the line manager and the relevant in charge person.
6 - Maintaining employment documents and records, candidates' CVs, assessments, test results and feedback to interested parties.
7 - Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations in accordance with organizational standards .
8- Collecting and analyzing the training needs of employees, preparing the annual training plan and its periodic amendments, and following up the implementation of the training and development procedure.
9- Submitting the periodic report on the implemented trainings and the associated evaluation results, and documenting and archiving the training results.
10 -Assist in the implementation of the performance evaluation procedure for employees (evaluation of the initial probationary period and the annual evaluation) and the collection and analysis of results in coordination with the direct manager and managers of the concerned departments.
11- Supervising on the documentation and archiving of all work documents.
12 -Carry out any task requested from the direct supervisor within his competence.

Qualifications
1- A university degree in the fields of Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or its equivalent (preference is given to related disciplines).
2- 3 Years Work experience in the same field at a minimum.
3- One Year Administrative experience at a supervisory level.
4- Excellent level of experience working on the computer and all MS Office programs, especially the following applications (Excel, word ,Outlook).
5 - English language level is very good.
