Responsibilities
1. Project Implementation Support:

-Assist in the day to day implementation of project activities according to work plans and timelines.
-Coordinate with volunteers and support departments to ensure activities run efficiently.
-Follow up on procurement, logistics, and administrative requests to ensure timely processing.
-Participate in planning meetings, field visits, and coordination meeting as needed.

2. Monitoring, Data Collection & Information Management

-Collect, verify, and organize project data using standardized tools.
-Maintain updated databases, trackers, and beneficiary lists with accuracy and confidentiality.
-Support the preparation and use of monitoring tools such as attendance sheets, distribution reports, and feedback forms.
-Conduct field visits to monitor progress and verify data quality.
-Identify gaps or challenges and report them to the relevant focal points.

3. Reporting and Documentation

-Assist in preparing internal and external reports, including monthly and quarterly updates.
-Ensure reports follow required templates and meet submission deadlines.
-Support documentation of lessons learned, success stories, and activity summaries.
-Maintain an organized digital archive of project documents, photos, and supporting files.

4. Compliance, Quality Assurance & Accountability

-Support adherence to donor requirements, organizational policies, and project agreements.
-Assist volunteers in applying safeguarding, PSEA, accountability, and Do No Harm principles.
-Ensure supporting documents are complete and properly filed for audits.
-Track progress against project indicators and share updates with the line manager.

6. Support to Program Development

-Provide data, field insights, and context updates for concept notes and proposals.
-Assist in drafting implementation plans, risk matrices, and other program development tools.

7. Other Duties

-Support emergency response activities when required.
-Perform any additional tasks assigned by the line manager to ensure effective project delivery.




Qualifications
-A bachelor's degree.
-Minimum 3 years of experience in project implementation, within NGOs, INGOs, or humanitarian organizations.
-Experience in data collection, basic reporting, progress updates, and donor documentation.
-Good spoken and written command of English and Arabic languages.
-Strong understanding of project management principles, including planning, implementation, and monitoring.
-Familiarity with safeguarding, PSEA, Do No Harm, and data protection.
-Strong command of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power BI is a plus).
-Knowledge of basic procurement and logistics coordination is an asset.
-Willingness to travel regularly within project areas.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
-Regular travel to the project areas is required.

Duration of Position: 6 months contract. This is a project based position, contracted candidates might get an extension to their contracts based on the available funds and the need for this position in future projects. This project ends by October 2026.
