Responsibilities
Job Summary: To provide integrated operational and executive support for all human resources processes, ensuring efficient day-to-day employee management, fostering a positive work environment, and contributing to the achievement of the organization's strategic goals in accordance with established policies and applicable laws.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Personnel Affairs & Employee Relations:
- Complete and update basic employee data on the HR Management System (HRIS) and manage archiving.
- Monitor job changes and issue the necessary administrative decisions.
- Manage administrative procedures related to asset handover, clearances, task transitions, contracts, and all social insurance matters.
- Monitor daily attendance, leaves, remote work requests, and business travel.
- Assist in the annual renewal of employee and service provider contracts, and prepare contracts for new hires.
- Handle employee grievances and ensure effective resolution within the specified timeframe.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new employees and manage all related practices.
- Study and implement best practices to enhance organizational culture and job satisfaction.
2. Compensation & Benefits:
- Prepare monthly payroll sheets, including employee entitlements and deductions.
- Issue salary slips and all requested documents related to staff compensation.
- Follow up on the salary disbursement process and address all employee inquiries or complaints.
- Contribute to gathering and participating in data collection for compensation and benefits surveys/studies.
3. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Contribute to the annual update of the organizational structure based on business requirements.
- Gather recruitment needs in coordination with relevant managers ensuring compliance with adopted procedures.
- Announce vacancies according to the approved plan and update the CV database based on agreed standards.
- Screen applications for vacant positions and prepare the preliminary shortlists.
- Communicate with potential candidates or send regret letters to represent the Trust’s values and culture professionally.
- Archive all recruitment stages for data linking and updates.
- Conduct exit interviews for resigning employees.
4. Performance Evaluation:
- Assist in the annual performance appraisal process, analyze results, and submit related reports to the direct manager.
- Follow up on performance evaluations related to probation periods, assignments, promotions, or transfers to ensure workflow follows established procedures.
5. Development:
- Contribute to the preparation of HR policies, procedures, and related templates.
- Work through development programs to identify high-potential employees, manage internal talent, and propose career path mapping.


Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields; a specialization in Human Resources Management or equivalent is preferred.
Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Human Resources; previous experience in non-profit organizations or institutions is preferred.
Language Skills:
- Very Good level in English (Speaking, Writing, and Comprehension).
