•Schedule and coordinate shipment and delivery appointments
•Prepare and process shipping invoices
•Manage Bills of Lading (B/L) and shipping documentation
•Ensure all customs documentation is complete and compliant with regulations
•Track shipments and monitor delivery timelines to ensure on-time arrival
•Communicate regularly with carriers, freight forwarders, and customers
•Resolve shipping issues and delays efficiently

•Strong knowledge of shipping documentation
•Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
•Good communication skills in English
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office
