Responsibilities
- Responsible for TBtF projects documents (design calculations, drawings, bills of quantities, terms of reference, specifications of works and/or material, contracts…etc.)
- Identify and report needs through assessments and surveys to the assigned areas.
- Prepare project life cycle documentation with the guidance and supervision of the line manager.
- Create, upload and update the projects life cycle files in Project and Activity Management “PAM” tool and Team Space.
- Prepare the implementation/progress reports (technical and financial) of TBtF projects.
- Prepare supporting documentation for Distribution Tracking Program (DTP).
- Provide regular information to colleagues on security, stakeholder issues and site progress.
- Supervise the works of contractors working on TBtF projects and conducts quality control of infrastructure installed by the ICRC through regular site visits.

Qualifications
- University degree in electricity engineering.
- 3- 5 years’ professional experience in a related field of activity.
- Excellent command (spoken and written) of English & Arabic.
- Proficient in use of drawing software is an asset.
- Proficient in use AutoCAD and MS project-management suite or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of water and sanitation and construction engineering.
