Responsibilities
1.Execute end-to-end logistical arrangements, from initial planning to final delivery, including on-site follow-up and hands-on support.
2.Assist in preparing purchase requests.
3.Support petty cash purchases when required.
4.Support the follow-up of minor maintenance activities.
5.Assist in organizing logistical arrangements and tracking regular utility bills (electricity, water, internet, etc.).
6.Coordinate with program, finance, and administration teams to support daily operational needs.
7.Prepare weekly and monthly logistics reports.
8.Carry out other tasks assigned by the supervisor when required.

Qualifications
Education:
-University degree in management, business administration or any other related expertise.
Experience:
-Knowledge of computer systems and applications.
-Skill in planning, organizing, delegating and supervising.
-Ability to prepare reports or other correspondence as required.
-A good level of communication skills.
-Ability to work under pressure.
-Good level of English (written and spoken).
-Good user of Microsoft Office programs.
Another requirement:
1.Not a government employee.
2.The ability to travel within Damascus and its countryside, as well as the rest of the provinces
3.The ability to commit to working with AKHS-S during official working hours.
