Job Summary
The Marketing Asst. Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to promote the Hotel, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue. The role focuses on positioning the resort as a leading 5-star destination through innovative campaigns, digital presence, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans.
- Align marketing strategies with business objectives and seasonal demand.
- Identify target markets and growth opportunities.
2. Brand Management
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms.
- Maintain the Hotel's luxury positioning.
- Oversee all marketing materials and communications.
3. Digital Marketing
- Manage website, social media, and online platforms.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns (SEO, social media ads, email marketing).
- Monitor online reputation and guest reviews.
4. Campaign Management
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and offers.
- Coordinate seasonal campaigns and special events.
- Measure campaign performance and ROI.
5. Content & Creative
- Oversee content creation (photos, videos, copywriting).
- Work with designers and agencies.
- Ensure high-quality visual and written content.
6. Market Analysis
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor trends in the hospitality industry.
- Adjust strategies based on insights.
7. Collaboration
- Coordinate with Sales, Front Office, and Operations.
- Support revenue generation initiatives.
- Work closely with external partners and agencies.
8. Reporting
- Prepare marketing performance reports.
- Analyze KPIs and campaign results.
- Provide recommendations for improvement.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in hospitality marketing.
- Experience in 5-star hotels or luxury resorts preferred.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
