Responsibilities
Note: the sites of projects in Daraa and Rural Damascus
• Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities to ensure quality and compliance with design, specifications, and safety standards.
• Interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications to guide construction works.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.
• Ensure proper use of materials and prevent wastage.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve any technical or construction issues that arise.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and stakeholders regarding project progress and technical queries.
• Monitor health, safety, and environmental practices on site in line with company policies and legal requirements.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for site activities.
• Verify and certify work done by subcontractors for billing and quality purposes.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a Site Engineer in contracting or construction companies.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a Site Engineer in contracting or construction companies.
