Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and approach new customers (retailers, salons, pharmacies, distributors)
* Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients
* Present, promote, and sell cosmetic and skincare products
* Conduct product demonstrations and provide training when needed
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities
* Prepare sales reports and update customer records
* Coordinate with the marketing and logistics teams
* Ensure timely delivery and payment collection

Experience Requirements:
* 2 – 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in cosmetics, beauty
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets
* Experience in field sales
* Familiarity with local market and distribution channels is a plus
* Valid driver's license is required, as there is a vehicle available for distribution by the
company
