Responsibilities
Manage, maintain, and optimize the company’s IT infrastructure and technology operations.
Oversee servers, networks, communication systems, and end-user devices.
Ensure the security, confidentiality, and integrity of company data and information systems.
Monitor network and server performance and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Manage backup systems, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity procedures.
Configure, manage, and maintain routers, switches, and MikroTik systems.
Develop and implement IT security policies, access controls, and cybersecurity standards.
Coordinate with all departments to ensure effective technical support for business operations.
Lead and supervise the IT team to improve technical performance and operational efficiency.
Prepare technical reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.

Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server and Linux Server administration.
Advanced knowledge of network infrastructure, system administration, and cybersecurity.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make effective technical decisions.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing companies is preferred.
