Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and monitor annual financial plans and budgets
- Supervise all accounting and financial operations while ensuring accuracy and compliance with approved policies and procedures
- Prepare periodic financial reports for senior management, including financial analysis and strategic recommendations
- Manage cash flow and liquidity efficiently to ensure operational continuity
- Monitor costs, analyze variances, and improve overall spending efficiency
- Oversee internal and external audit processes and ensure full financial and legal compliance
- Develop and enhance financial policies, procedures, and internal control systems
- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and key suppliers
- Support investment and expansion decisions through advanced financial analysis
- Lead, manage, and develop the finance team to improve overall departmental performance

Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
-Professional certifications such as CMA, CPA, or ACCA are highly preferred
-Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the food manufacturing or industrial sector
-Strong expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management
-Advanced knowledge of accounting systems and ERP platforms
-Strong leadership skills and sound decision-making ability
-Excellent strategic planning and financial risk management capabilities
