Responsibilities
- Lead and Facilitate Agile/Scrum Practices Guide the team in adopting Agile principles, ensuring ceremonies are effective and aligned with best practices.
- Break Down Features into Actionable Tasks Collaborate with product owners and developers to translate high-level features into manageable user stories and tasks.
- Manage Backlog Prioritization Partner with stakeholders to maintain a clear, prioritized backlog that reflects business goals and technical needs.
- Track Team Progress and Remove Blockers Monitor sprint progress, proactively identify impediments, and drive solutions to keep the team on track.
- Coordinate Between Developers, Designers, and Stakeholders Act as a bridge across disciplines, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on deliverables.
- Conduct Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies to foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare Weekly Progress Reports Provide concise updates on sprint outcomes, team velocity, and project health to stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications
Bachelor degree in information technology engineering or any relevant field
- 2+ Years of Experience as a Scrum Master
- Strong Experience with Jira or Similar Agile Tools Ability to configure boards, manage workflows, track sprint metrics, and ensure transparency across the team.
- Solid Technical Understanding (Frontend - Backend Basics)
- Strong Leadership and Communication Skills Skilled at guiding teams, resolving conflicts, fostering collaboration, and communicating clearly with both technical and non technical stakeholders.
- Experience Managing Cross Functional Teams Demonstrated ability to coordinate developers, designers, QA, and product stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
- 2+ Years of Experience as a Scrum Master
