Responsibilities
Job Summary:
Training Content Developer is responsible for formatting, adjusting, and visually preparing training materials using PowerPoint and Word, ensuring that all content is aligned with internal standards and external accreditation requirements. The role involves supporting the content creation process, managing translations, coordinating with stakeholders, and overseeing the quality assurance of printed materials, such as booklets and training tools
Key Responsibilities:
•Format and adjust training materials in PowerPoint and Word, ensuring a professional and consistent look across all documents and visuals.
•Design and finalize training booklets, ensuring layout consistency, clarity, and readiness for print or distribution
•Translate and review training files (or coordinate translation) to ensure language accuracy and consistency across materials.
•Ensure all content complies with accreditation guidelines and internal content development standards
•Participate in the content creation process by collaborating with subject matter experts, trainers, and instructional designers
•Coordinate with relevant stakeholders (trainers, training, procurement, marketing) during the material development and review process.
•Conduct quality assurance checks after printing to verify that the final output of booklets and tools meets required standards.
•Support the maintenance and version control of training materials to ensure only updated content is in use.
•Maintain organized archives of content files and templates

Qualifications
Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in Education, English literature, Translation, Management, Graphic Design, or related field.
•One to three years of experience working in training, consulting, or content development environments
•Proven experience in formatting and designing content in PowerPoint and Word.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Word); basic knowledge of graphic tools is a plus.
•Strong visual design sense and attention to detail.
•Ability to understand and structure educational content.
•Good communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
•Knowledge of adult learning principles or instructional design is a plus (but not required).
