Responsibilities
• Develop and manage the Airside Operations annual budget (OPEX and CAPEX) to ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
• Lead the development and periodic review of the Aerodrome Manual and ensure full compliance with ICAO Annex 14 and national regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the implementation of long-term infrastructure development projects and coordinate their operational impact on airside capacity.
• Chair airside safety and operational committees to drive cross-functional collaboration and safety performance.
• Lead and oversee all airside operational functions and ensure alignment with airport operational objectives.
• Define airside operational strategy, policies, and performance targets.
• Act as the highest escalation point for major airside operational issues and incidents.
• Ensure effective coordination with AOCC, terminal operations, airlines, ground handling agents, and regulatory authorities.
• Oversee airside managerial and supervisory teams and ensure effective organizational structure and shift coverage.
• Review airside operational performance, incidents, and reports and direct corrective actions.
• Ensure implementation and compliance with approved airside operational procedures and instructions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to airside operations, safety, and efficiency.
• Support senior management decision-making by providing airside operational insights and recommendations.
• Represent airside operations in senior-level committees, coordination meetings, and crisis management forums.
• Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and record keeping of airside operational activities.
• Perform additional duties assigned by executive management within the scope of airside operations.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
* Minimum 12–15 years of experience in airside operations or airport operational environments.
* At least 5–7 years of experience in a senior leadership or director-level role.
* In-depth knowledge of airside operations, aircraft movement areas, and ground operations.
* Strong understanding of airside governance, coordination, and escalation frameworks.
* Ability to lead complex operational environments and manage high-risk scenarios.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Extensive knowledge of international aviation regulatory frameworks (ICAO, IATA, EASA) and aerodrome certification processes.
* Proven ability in strategic financial planning and resource optimization within an airport environment.
* Minimum 12–15 years of experience in airside operations or airport operational environments.
