Responsibilities
Job purpose:
Responsible for daily HR and administrative operations to ensure accuracy of attendance and leave, support recruitment and training, and maintain compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Personnel Administration
Prepare and consolidate monthly timesheets.
Prepare and draft HR memos.
Organize and ensure HR personnel archiving is up to date.
Respond to auditors requests in timely manner.
Follow up and ensure implementation of internal regulations.
Support with the
Timekeeping and leave Management
Track leave requests and balances of national staff.
Update leave system.
Provide leave analysis on leave and absence trends.
Recruitment and Training Support
Support recruitment process at different stages (communication, testing, interviewing, offering, reference checking, onboarding) as needed and requested.
Support trainings as needed and requested

Qualifications
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other relevant field.
2 years of professional experience in administration.
1 year of experience in working in HR at INGOs
Excellent command of English language
Excellent communication skills
Very good excel and word skills
