Project Manager – Training Accreditation Programme
Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a bilingual Project Manager to lead the design and delivery of a new training accreditation programme. The role requires someone who can translate the client’s objectives into a practical, credible, and market-ready programme, supported by clear accreditation processes, quality training materials, a customised digital portal, and effective marketing communication.
The Project Manager will act as the central link between the client, internal teams, subject matter experts, portal developers, and marketing team to ensure all components are delivered as one coherent solution.
Key Responsibilities
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
• Leading the development of the accreditation model, including accreditation levels, eligibility criteria, assessment approach, approval process, renewal mechanism, and quality assurance requirements.
•Translating the accreditation concept into clear workflows, templates, operational processes, and implementation requirements.
•Coordinating the development and review of training materials, including curriculum, learning objectives, presentations, manuals, exercises, assessments, and trainer/assessor guidance.
•Defining portal requirements, including user journeys, registration, applications, document uploads, approvals, assessments, certification, dashboards, and reports.
•Working with the technical team to customise, test, and finalise the portal in line with the accreditation process and user experience requirements.
•Acting as the main day-to-day focal point with the client, managing meetings, feedback, approvals, and progress updates.
•Coordinating with the marketing team on programme positioning, key messages, brochures, web content, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and launch activities.
•Ensuring all project outputs are aligned, practical, bilingual where required, and ready for implementation.

•Accreditation framework and process map.
•Accreditation levels, criteria, assessment, approval, and renewal procedures.
•Training material development and review plan.
•Portal requirements and user journey documentation.

The ideal candidate should have experience managing training, accreditation, certification, education, or capacity-building projects. The candidate should combine strong project management skills with business analysis, client management, and product-thinking capabilities.
The candidate should demonstrate:
•5+ years of relevant professional experience, including 3+ years in project management or programme delivery.
•Good understanding of training programme design, certification, or accreditation models.
•Experience coordinating digital platforms, portals, learning management systems, or workflow-based systems.
•Ability to develop clear processes, frameworks, and operational documents.
•Strong client-facing, facilitation, coordination, and reporting skills.
•Ability to work with technical, content, marketing, and leadership teams.
•Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English.
•Ability to draft, review, and present professional documents in both languages.
•Practical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
