Responsibilities
1. Contract Management & Administration
• Manage the full lifecycle of commercial contracts: implementation, monitoring, renewal, and termination.
• Ensure all contract terms are clearly understood, properly implemented, and actively monitored.
• Act as the primary contract owner within the Commercial Department.
• Maintain a centralized, up-to-date contract database covering all active agreements, key dates, and obligations.
• Coordinate with Legal and Finance on contract drafting, interpretation, and risk review.
2. Tenant Performance Management
• Monitor tenant KPIs and contract compliance across all commercial categories.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with tenants and drive corrective action plans where required.
• Drive commercial improvements related to contract management and performance accountability.
• Escalate underperformance with clear documentation, analysis, and recommendations to senior management.
3. Commercial Correspondence & Documentation
• Own and manage all official commercial correspondence within the Commercial Department.
• Draft, review, and issue official letters, notices, and communications to tenants and partners.
• Prepare responses to tenant communications including default notices, compliance notices, and penalty letters.
• Draft commercial proposals, clarifications, and position papers as required.
• Ensure all communications are contractually accurate, commercially aligned, professionally structured, and consistent.
• Maintain a centralized correspondence tracking system for all incoming and outgoing communications.
• Ensure timely responses to all tenant and stakeholder communications.
• Support senior management in preparing sensitive or strategic commercial communications.
4. Variation & Change Management
• Manage contract amendments and participate in commercial renegotiations.
• Manage temporary arrangements including extensions, reliefs, and relocations.
• Prepare supporting analysis and business cases for proposed contract changes.
• Ensure all variations are properly documented, approved, and reflected in the contract database.
5. Coordination with Internal Teams
• Work closely with Finance (billing, revenue tracking), Operations (tenant compliance and daily issues), Legal (contract drafting and risk review), and Projects (handover of new units and fit-out compliance).
• Act as the central coordination point for all contract-related matters across the Commercial Department.
• Support cross-functional teams in ensuring contractual obligations are understood and fulfilled.
6. Tender Support
• Support new tenders by providing contract performance data and identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Participate in bid evaluation providing commercial contract input and analysis.
• Manage the transition between outgoing and incoming operators to ensure business continuity.
7. Governance, Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain complete and up-to-date contract records, archives, and correspondence files.
• Prepare monthly commercial performance reports, risk and issue logs, and contract status dashboards.
• Ensure all contract documents, amendments, and correspondence are properly archived and accessible.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies including Personal Data Protection and Processing (PDPL) regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management within the scope of the role.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Retail Management, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
* Minimum 7–10 years of experience in commercial contract management with solid experience in shopping malls, F&B, retail, or FMCG environments, ideally in an airport setting.
* High level of organizational skills including planning, follow-up, and document management for all business-related requirements.
* Strong understanding of commercial contract structures including MAG, revenue share, per-pax, and hybrid models.
* Deep knowledge of airport concession models covering duty-free, F&B, retail, and services.
* Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional correspondence.
* Contract interpretation, administration, and compliance monitoring.
* High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
