Responsibilities
1. Opportunity Identification & Feasibility
• Identify and evaluate potential non-aeronautical revenue opportunities across retail, F&B, advertising, real estate, digital services, and ancillary offerings.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking studies, and feasibility assessments to support new business initiatives.
• Analyze passenger profiles, spending behavior, and commercial space utilization to identify growth areas.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor airports, and market developments to surface new commercial opportunities.
2. Business Case & Tender Support
• Prepare detailed business cases, investment analyses (ROI, IRR), and strategic recommendations for senior management reviews.
• Support the end-of-the-end tendering process including preparation of RFQs, RFPs, tender documents, and evaluation criteria.
• Coordinate pre-bid meetings, site visits, and bidder clarifications in collaboration with the Business Development Manager.
• Assist in bid evaluation processes, ensuring consistency, transparency, and adherence to defined standards.
• Support contract drafting, negotiation, and finalization for new commercial tenants and partners.
3. Tenant Onboarding & Operational Coordination
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new tenants, ensuring compliance with airport standards, technical requirements, and security regulations.
• Liaise with Legal, Finance, Operations, and technical teams to ensure accurate and complete documentation.
• Monitor fit-out progress and ensure timely and compliant handovers to operations.
• Facilitate smooth transition from development phase to operational phase in coordination with Concessions & Retail.
4. Contract Renewals & Performance Tracking
• Track contract expiry dates and support the initiation of renewal or re-tendering processes.
• Assist in evaluating tenant commercial performance against agreed KPIs and benchmarks.
• Prepare analysis and recommendations on contract renewal strategies for management review.
5. Reporting & Administration
• Prepare regular progress reports, commercial pipeline updates, and performance dashboards.
• Maintain an updated database of commercial opportunities, tender status, and tenant information.
• Prepare memos, presentations, and briefing documents for internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Business Development Manager within the scope of the role.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
* Minimum 5–7 years of experience in business development, commercial strategy, or tendering in a multi-asset commercial environment. Experience in aviation, retail, or real estate sectors is an advantage.
* Strong understanding of commercial business models including retail, F&B, advertising, and real estate.
* Ability to develop financial models, ROI/IRR analyses, and investment business cases.
* Proficiency in market research, competitive benchmarking, and data analysis.
* Good negotiation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
* High level of organization, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
* Minimum 5–7 years of experience in business development, commercial strategy, or tendering in a multi-asset commercial environment. Experience in aviation, retail, or real estate sectors is an advantage.
