Responsibilities
• Monitor driver performance and behavior to ensure adherence to safety protocols and passenger service standards.
• Coordinate staff transportation schedules and ensure timely pick-up and drop-off services.
• Monitor transportation service performance and address delays, issues, or service failures.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements for employee transportation.
• Manage transportation vehicle maintenance schedules and liaise with service providers.
• Maintain accurate records of transportation schedules, vehicle logs, and employee transportation requests.
• Communicate transportation details, updates, and changes to staff in a timely manner.
• Work with supervisors and other departments to optimize transportation routes and schedules.
• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of transportation-related activities.
• Monitor transportation-related costs and support budget management.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management within the scope of staff transportation services.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in staff transportation management or logistics roles.
* Proficiency in using fleet tracking software or GPS-based monitoring systems
* Knowledge of transportation logistics, route planning, and vehicle management.
* Ability to manage multiple transportation requests and service providers.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements in transportation.
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in staff transportation management or logistics roles.
