Responsibilities
•Contribute to the updating and preparation of briefing documents and meeting proposals for regular donor engagement.
•Maintain effective relationships with targeted partners at national, local, and community levels to encourage participation in fundraising initiatives.
•Support in the coordination with WRO and technical teams, in the organization of meetings with government bodies and counterparts.
•Provide a technical input to proposals, reports, and briefing documents in line with WHO and donor requirements.
•Draft official correspondence and reports to ensure quality and accuracy.
•Work in collaboration with other relevant colleagues to facilitate the introduction of funding opportunities on the Contributor Engagement Management (CEM) platform and other internal forums to support launch activities effectively.
•Ensure timely and accurate reporting within funds tracking tools to promote transparency and accountability.
•Maintain a clear flow of coordination with the communications department to develop donor visibility products that adhere to established quality standards and donor requirements.
•participate in official conferences and meetings, providing translation support when required.


Qualifications

•Essential: University degree (bachelor) in social sciences, public health international relations, political sciences, communications, marketing, management, economics accounting, financial management, business or public administration ,.

•Desirable: Master’s degree in social science, public health or business administration.

Experience
•Essential: Minimum 1- year experience in report writing, drafting correspondence, resource mobilization, or related areas.
•Desirable: Experience working with local authorities, UN organizations, or NGOs.
