Responsibilities
• Develop and implement preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs for mechanical systems including HVAC, water networks, firefighting systems, pumps, and electromechanical equipment.
• Ensure operational continuity and reliability of mechanical infrastructure across airport facilities.
• Supervise mechanical unit heads, engineers, supervisors, and technical teams.
• Monitor system performance indicators and initiate corrective actions where required.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and aviation operational requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with operations and other technical departments.
• Oversee contractor performance related to mechanical maintenance contracts.
• Manage maintenance budgets and optimize resource allocation.
• Support system upgrades, refurbishments, and infrastructure improvement projects.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and record keeping of mechanical maintenance activities.
• Participate in risk assessments and contingency planning related to mechanical systems.
• Perform additional duties assigned by senior management within the scope of mechanical systems management.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in mechanical systems maintenance or infrastructure management.
• At least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Experience in airport or critical infrastructure environments is preferred.
