Responsibilities
Job purpose:
To support the HR team in daily operational tasks related to the employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, contract administration, timekeeping, and maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance and efficiency in HR processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Support in conducting reference checks for candidates.
Support in communicate with candidates and coordinate tests and interviews.
Support in supervising written tests or interviews (in-person or online).
Contracts:
Support in collecting staff signatures on contract extensions or terminations.
Time keeping:
Support in tracking time sheets collected from employees on due time.
Maintain accurate time sheet tracker.
Reports:
Update periodic employee reports including:
Support in updating Staff List Master Sheet in line with HRM
Prepare and update staff contact List
Prepare and update staff Emergency Contact List.
Other tasks:
Support the HR team as per HRM request.

Qualifications
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any relevant field
1 year of experience in working in HR at INGOs/NGO
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Good oral and written communication skills
Good English and Arabic language
