Responsibilities
• Monitor the utilization of stands and gates in real-time and supervise adjustments to the allocation plan to resolve operational conflicts.
• Facilitate the immediate communication of NOTAMs, weather alerts, and airside safety advisories to all relevant operational partners and ground handlers.
• Collaborate with the maintenance department to coordinate scheduled and unscheduled airside works, ensuring minimal impact on flight operations.
• Supervise airside coordination activities during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate operational information between airside operations, AOCC, terminal operations, and support units.
• Monitor airside operational status and identify coordination gaps or inconsistencies.
• Ensure accurate collection, consolidation, and validation of airside operational data.
• Support preparation and review of airside operational reports and summaries.
• Assist Airside Ops Duty Manager in monitoring performance and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with airside coordination and reporting procedures.
• Support preparation of shift handover reports and continuity of operations.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job support to coordination specialists.
• Escalate coordination-related issues to the Airside Ops Duty Manager as required.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management within the scope of airside coordination.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in airside operations, coordination, or airport operational roles.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or coordination role is preferred.
• Knowledge of airside operations and coordination processes.
• Ability to consolidate operational information from multiple sources.
• Understanding of reporting, escalation, and coordination workflows.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in using Airport Management Systems (AMS) and advanced knowledge of aircraft stand/gate allocation rules.
• Understanding of Ground Handling Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and their impact on airside coordination.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in airside operations, coordination, or airport operational roles.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or coordination role is preferred.
